This website provides general information about Path’s advisory services and professional experience. It is not a substitute for advice addressing a specific organization, transaction or circumstance.

Service boundaries

Path provides fund finance, accounting and business advisory support to management. It does not provide audits, independent assurance reviews, compilations or other attest engagements. Financial statement preparation support and management-level review do not constitute an independent assurance opinion or report.

Path’s advisory concerns finance, reporting, processes and governance. It does not include investment selection, securities recommendations, portfolio management, brokerage or capital raising. Valuation governance support does not include an independent valuation opinion.

Historical audit and assurance experience described on this site relates to the founder’s prior roles. It does not describe assurance services offered by Path. Management retains responsibility for its financial statements, approvals and decisions. Specialist regulatory reporting, leadership and director responsibilities are agreed separately. Proposed overlapping roles are assessed for conflicts, decision authority and applicable independence requirements before acceptance.

Articles and other informational content reflect the information available when published. Accounting standards, regulations and practices may change, and content may not reflect subsequent developments.

Engagement terms

Services are provided under an agreed written scope of engagement.
